Anna’s thoughts on the second week of Slendertone
Having built the intensity level over the week up to 45, which no longer feels like a tingly sensation, rather more distinct muscle contraction, I am beginning to wonder whether my muscles will really start to hurt as the intensity goes beyond this or whether my body will adjust if I keep up regular use of the belt. I am hoping that my body will adjust accordingly, whatever happens I will endeavor to get through with this plan! I also hope that although my stomach feels tighter, that it will start looking flatter and toned by next week.

Anna’s first week of using Slendertone Abs
I have used Slendertone 6 times this week, gradually increasing the intensity by 5 every couple of uses. I am currently on intensity 45 and my muscles now feel slightly more tone and like they are actually contracting. I have also done skipping twice this week for 25 min each time instead of running or the work out videos (starting to get a bit bored of those!)… I was impressed with how long the belt lasted before needing to be re-charged, which was after my fifth session. My downfall this week however has been snacking on the odd crisps, chocolate and cake. I seem to need a sugar fix in between lunch and home time during the weekday so next week I will try and prepare more healthy snacks to take into work and save treats for just the weekend!

Anna’s first impressions of Slendertone Abs
I have been struggling to tone my stomach for months now. I do some exercise during the week in the form of running or work-out videos (where the weather outside as been too cold or wet to run)
I was given Slendertone by my boyfriend as an ‘aide’ to help me achieve the results I have so longed for whilst trying to continue with my regular exercise routine.
My initial concern was whether the belt would be uncomfortable to wear. However, I found the Slendertone easy to set up, strap on and operate for the first time. I started off on the recommended 20 and worked my way up to 35 which felt slightly more intense but not uncomfortable. It took a bit of getting used to and I found the sensation was more tingly than anything. I hope that as the intensity increases over the week, that my body will adjust accordingly and that I won’t find the belt too uncomfortable to wear.
