Catherine’s first week using Slendertone Abs

Started on the 13th April doing the Slendertone and my plan is to do it twice a day for 30 minute intervals each time. I started on program 2 with the indicator up at 60 for the 1st and 2nd day I felt nothing on either day but by the 3rd day my stomach muscles were sore. I continued on to the 5th day and increased the indicator up to 70 till day 7. Felt there weren’t any visible signs of change on my stomach but again stomach muscle were sore.
